A bespoke opportunity

Julie can work with individual teachers, year groups or teams, with a focus on an in-depth review of children's writing.  This will support making accurate assessments in writing, with a view to developing a secure understanding of what children need to do in order to improve.  Practical strategies and approaches will be shared to develop children's writing.  Teachers comment that this approach has been one of the most relevant and effective CPD experiences they have received.  

This package could include:

• Working alongside the English subject leader, with a view to analysing writing across the school and identifying areas for development
• Follow up CPD around next steps
